1. Introduction Welcome to KeepLens. Your privacy is our priority. This policy explains how we handle your data when you use our Evony inventory scanning tool.
2. Screenshots & AI Processing KeepLens uses Google Gemini AI to analyze your game screenshots (OCR). We do NOT store, save, or share your screenshots. They are processed in real-time for data extraction and are immediately discarded after parsing.
3. Account Data & Firebase We use Google Firebase to securely manage your account and save your parsed inventory data (Monarch name, server, resources, and training plans). This allows you to restore your vault across your devices.
4. Subscriptions & Payments VIP Membership payments are processed securely through your device's App Store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). We do not collect, process, or have access to your credit card information.

1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading and using KeepLens, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
2. App Purpose & Affiliation KeepLens is a third-party companion tool designed to help players of the mobile game "Evony: The King's Return" calculate and manage their in-game resources. KeepLens is NOT affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or specifically approved by Top Games Inc.
3. VIP Memberships KeepLens offers an optional VIP Membership (monthly subscription) granting access to premium calculators and ad-free parsing. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Apple App Store or Google Play Account Settings.
4. Acceptable Use You agree to use KeepLens responsibly. You may not attempt to reverse engineer the app, abuse the AI OCR scanning system with non-relevant images, or disrupt the server infrastructure.
5. Limitation of Liability KeepLens provides calculations and data extraction "as is". While we strive for absolute accuracy in OCR and math, we are not responsible for any in-game actions taken based on our calculations.
